Manila City-- The National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) utilizes a variety of platforms to effectively communicate the government's program objectives and progress. By leveraging multiple platforms for disseminating information, the National Secretariat, NTF-ELCAC ensures that its member agencies, decision-makers, and partners are well-informed with factual and reliable information. This approach not only fosters trust and credibility but also reinforces the importance of professional integrity in public service. Upholding such standards is vital for the NTF-ELCAC particularly the Strategic Communications Cluster as it navigates complex issues and strives to maintain the delicate balance between providing comprehensive information and countering the propaganda of the CPP-NPA-NDF.


The NTF-ELCAC's strong commitment to professional relationships relies on our ability to set aside personal beliefs, opinions, and theories to provide honest, comprehensive, and unbiased information. The National Task Force firmly stands against the incitement of violence and the spread of disinformation, focusing instead on protecting human rights and promoting sustainable solutions to end armed conflicts.


Further, NTF-ELCAC acknowledges that in our pursuit of participatory good governance, professionalism and accountability are essential. We expect every Filipino to prioritize the interests of the country and to refrain from spreading false and biased information that could harm the country's reputation, incite violence, or offend others. It is through the whole-of-nation’s collective effort and shared responsibility, that our goal of a peaceful and progressive Bagong Pilipinas can be realized. ###
