He expressed gratitude to the Vice Chairperson of the Task Force, National Security Adviser Eduardo M. Año, Cabinet Officers for Regional Development and Security (CORDS), heads of the National Clusters, and colleagues in the government service for their dedication to this noble cause.
"Our collective efforts underscore the importance of collaboration and coordination in achieving lasting peace and stability. By working together, we are not only tackling the symptoms but also addressing the root causes that fuel these conflicts," Torres said.
The event served as a platform to showcase the achievements of the Regional Task Forces and Clusters, while also seeking guidance from the leadership on pertinent issues and concerns.
Undersecretary Torres also emphasized the importance of continuous improvement in intervention programs for the Filipino people, underscoring the NTF-ELCAC's pivotal role in the Bagong Pilipinas Campaign.

"This is a testament that with good governance, and when every single unit of society takes part, through the Whole-of-Government and Whole-of-Nation Approach, we are able to succeed and attain our goal," he stressed.
The task force's chief commended everyone for their unwavering commitment and urged continued collaboration to address the root causes of insurgency for a brighter and safer future in the Philippines.
